A new 501(c)3 that will focus its efforts on acknowledging the families/caregivers of critically ill children at Nemours Children’s Hospital on a day when they least expect it.  These families sit bedside, night after night, and are often alone as the hospital is not typically close to their home. We will provide goodie bags filled with anonymous notes of encouragement, useful and supportive items, as well as a few indulgent surprises.   We will work closely with the nursing staff of Nemours to ensure that what we are providing will not only be well received by the families but permitted by the hospital.
